摘　　要：目的研究日常放疗科室的质量管理工作,分析并及时发现其中所存在的问题,积极给予相应对策进行解决,从而保证放疗技术的质量,做到安全、有效,提高医疗水平。方法依据国家及行业标准和临床需求,对放疗设备进行质量管理与质量保证,对日常工作的质量控制进行分析。结果得出对放疗设备及科室管理质量控制的具体方法及工作模式。结论放射治疗科质量控制,对提高科室的诊疗水平有重要意义,是做到安全,有效治疗的必要前提条件。Objective To study the routine work of quality management of radiotherapy department,analyze and discover the existing problems,also provide appropriate countermeasures,thus to ensure the quality of radiotherapy techniques,achieve the safety and validity,and raise the level of medical treatment.Methods According to the country and industry standards and clinical requirements,the quality management and quality assurance of radiotherapy equipment are made,and the quality control of daily work is analyzed.Results The concrete methods and work patterns of quality control of radiotherapy equipment and department are obtained.Conclusion The quality control of radiotherapy department is an important method to improve the medical diagnosis and treatment,also the necessary precondition to achieve a safe and effective treatment.
