摘 要:目的:研究三种硬质铸造合金在不同倒凹深度及不同基牙上弹性的变化。方法:用三种材料(美国进口硬质铸造钴铬合金、硬质钴铬钼合金、硬质钴铬镍合金)分别在0.2mm、0.3mm、0.4mm倒凹深度上作肯氏Ⅰ类设计修复,然后进行铸造卡环的变形疲劳试验,测量各材料卡环内径的变比。结果:1.三种材料的弹性依次为:美国进口硬质铸造钴铬合金>硬质钴铬钼合金>硬质钴铬镍合金。2.弹性变化的程度:三臂卡环在磨牙上弹性变比较双尖牙为大。联合卡较三臂卡弹性变化为小。3.三种材料在不同倒凹深度其变化程度不同,且随倒凹深度的加深变化量增大。结论:在可摘义齿支架修复中,应选择美国进口硬质钴铬合金作为支架材料,且在确保固体的前提下,选择较小的倒凹。Objective: The study was performed so as to present the flexible changes of three premium, high strength alloies for cast dentures on different undercut depthes and different abutment teeth. Methods: Kenny I design was done for repairment by using three materials (A premium, high strength, Chromium-Cobalt alloy from America; A high strength, Molybdenum Chromium-Cobalt alloy; A high strength, Nickel-Chromium-Cobalt alloy) on 0. 2mm, 0. 3mm, 0. 4mm undercut depth. Following the anamorphosis tired test on cast clasp, the internal caliber of different material clasp had been measured. Results:The flexibility of the premiun, high strength, Chromium-Cobalt alloy from America is the highest and that of the high strength Nickel-Chromium-Cobalt alloy is the lowest. The flexible changes of three-arm clasp on the molars are bigger than on the bicuspid teeth and the flexible changes of combined clasp on the bicuspid teeth are smaller than that of the three-arm clasp. On the different depth, three material have different changes. The deep undercuts are, the larger changes are. Conclusion :The premium .high strength ,Chromium-Cobalt alloy from America, is the best choice when the rest of removable partial denture has been used. While the smaller undercut is the better when the retention can be sure.
