《伤寒杂病论》于IBS证治研究之价值

摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》对于疾病证治规律研究具有天然的优势,其原因很多,但总不离者有三:其一,此书乃仲景多年真实临床实践之产物;其二,此书开辨证论治之先河;其三,此书论病多且载法精。也正是基于这三点,肠易激综合征(IBS)辨证规律研究也当求之于《伤寒杂病论》。细细观之,仲景书中IBS的主要症状论述颇丰,且证候丰富,方药俱备,与其它研究方法相比具有较为稳定之优势。故而,研究IBS辨证应当借助于经典的力量,力求发现隐藏在其中可循之规律。Treatise on Febrile Diseases has natural advantage to researching on diseases＇ rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment, which has a lot of reasons, but there are three main reasons ： first, this book was a product of ZHANG Zhong-jing person- al clinical practice of many years ; second, it set a precedent of syndrome differentiation and treatment ; third, it recorded a wealth of diseases and detailed treatment method. Due to the three reasons, the research on IBS＇ s rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment would proceed with Treatise on Febrile Diseases. After carefully reading, we discoveI~~ the book discussed rich main symptoms and syndrome on IBS,attached to complete prescription and Chinese herbal medicine. Based on the above reasons,we think this kind of research methods has a relatively stable advantage compared with other. So, researching IBS should be with the help of classics to find the hidden rules in them.
