摘　　要：通过大学生虚拟组织生活现状的调查问卷发现,大学生最常参与的虚拟组织是QQ群,就整体情况而言,大学生对于虚拟组织尚未表现出过强的依赖性。不同年级、不同性别、生源地和独生状况的大学生在虚拟组织正面影响的"知识获取"、"社会情感"、"人际交往"三个维度和负面影响的"自我调控"、"社会情感"、"人际交往"三个维度上都表现出一定程度的差异性。Along with the newly arisen network contact way, virtual organization quickly develop in the teenagers.At present,virtual organization has already seeped through all aspects of undergraduates＇life and study gradually.In this paper, we used＂A questionnaire about undergraduates＇ life＂, and get some conclusions as following ： about 75.7% of undergraduates asking of the virtual organization is QQs. And the virtual organization to the male or female student in the dimension influence is biggest in ＂the social emotion＂ ,and so on.
