摘　　要：目的评价内镜下碳酸氢钠液注射联合透明帽辅助下勒除器机械碎石治疗巨大植物性胃石症的有效性及安全性。方法 12例巨大植物性胃石症患者,采用内镜下碳酸氢钠液注射联合透明帽辅助下勒除器机械碎石治疗,统计治疗成功率、并发症发生率、胃石复发率及操作时间。结果 12例患者均一次性成功碎石取石,治疗成功率100%,无出血、穿孔及肠梗阻等严重并发症发生,平均操作时间42min,随访最长1年无胃石复发。结论内镜下碳酸氢钠液注射联合透明帽辅助下勒除器机械碎石治疗巨大植物性胃石症安全、方便、有效,复发率低,操作时间短,值得临床推广应用。Objective Evaluation of the effectiveness and security of solution of endoscopic sodium bicarbonate injection combined with transparent capassisted snare mechanical lithotripsy treatment for huge gastric bezoar.Methods Endoscopic sodium bicarbonate injection combined with transparent cap-assisted snare mechanical lithotripsy treatment for 12 cases of huge gastric bezoar.Then statistics the success,complication,bezoar recurrence rate and time of operation.Results 12 patients with huge gastric bezoar,the one-time success rate of gravel in 12 cases is 100%,without gastric perforation,bleeding,small bowel obstruction or other complications.The average operative time is 42 minutes.After 12 months later,no bezoar recurrence.Conclusions Endoscopic sodium bicarbonate injection combined with transparent cap-assisted snare mechanical lithotripsy treatment for huge gastric bezoar of one-time treatment is safe,convenient,quite effective,low recurrence rate and worthy of clinical application.
