摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液病因诊断的应用。方法回顾分析术后病理明确的56例乳腺疾病的乳腺导管造影的影像。结果 56例病例中导管内乳头状瘤23例,乳腺导管扩张症伴炎性增生症17例,导管内癌及乳头状瘤癌变9例,纤维囊性乳腺病及小叶增生7例。结论选择性乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液原因的诊断具有重要的价值,可为临床提供可靠的诊断治疗依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of selective galactography in mammary disease with nipple discharge liquid.Methods 56 cases of mammary disease confirmed by clinic and pathology underwent selective galactography were analyzed retrospectively.Results In 56 cases of mammary disease,23 cases were intraductal papilloma,17 cases were mammary duct expansion with inflammatory hyperplasia,9 cases were intraductal carcinoma and 7 cases were fiber cystic disease and lobular hyperplasia of mammary gland respectively.The imaging of selective galactography showed some characteristic features.Conclusions Selective galactography has important diagnostic value in patients with nipple discharge liquid,,can provide useful imaging information to clinic.
