高压氧对脑梗死患者脑氧代谢及血液流变学的影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧对脑梗死患者脑氧代谢及血液流变学的影响。方法选取2009年10月至2011年11月于本院进行治疗的78例脑梗死患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)39例和观察组(加用高压氧组)39例,后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后不同时间段的脑氧代谢及血液流变学指标进行比较。结果观察组治疗后不同时间段的脑氧代谢及血液流变学指标改善幅度均大于对照组,两组患者不同时间段这些指标比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论高压氧可显著改善脑梗死患者的脑氧代谢及血液流变学指标,对于疾病的改善发挥着积极的作用。Objective To study the influence of hyperbaric oxygen for cerebral oxygen metabolism and hemorheology of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 78 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from October 2009 to November 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（routine treatment group）39 cases and observation group（hyperbaric oxygen group）39 cases,then the indexes of cerebral oxygen metabolism and hemorheology of two groups before andf after the treatment at different times were compared.Results The improvement ranges of cerebral oxygen metabolism and hemorheology of observation group after the treatment at different times were all bigger than those of control group,all P 0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The hyperbaric oxygen can significantly improve the indexes of cerebral oxygen metabolism and hemorheology of patients with cerebral infarction,and it plays an active role for the improvement of disease.
