摘　　要：对50例慢性结石性胆囊炎患者的舌诊脉象,血液流变学的多项指标进行检测,并以50名健康人作为对照。结果:患者组全血比粘度、红细胞电泳时间、血球压积、血球沉降率均高于对照组,经统计学处理有非常显著差异(P<0.05～0.01)。为中医气病及血,阳病及阴,提供了初步实验依据。Studies on tongue pictures, manifestation of the pulse and hemorrheological parameters are reported in 50 cases of chronic cholelith-cholecystitis. The com- pared observation was in 50 normal subjects. The results showed that the who- le blood viscosity, RBC electrophoretic mobility, hematocrit and ESR value were obviously increased in the patients than those of comparative group, Re- sults of this study indicated that the patients group possess blood stasis. The difference has statistical significance (P<0. 05-0. 01). In the other hand, this assay provided some preliminary experimental indices for the theory of TCM- Yang disease affecting Ying. Qi disease affecting Xue (blood), and the stan- dard value may probably have significance in microsmic syndrome differen- tiation of blood stasis.
