摘  要:目的了解吸毒致假性动脉瘤病人肝肾功能指标变化情况。方法运用奥林巴斯AU2700型生化分析仪分别对59名吸毒致假性动脉瘤病人和69名健康人血样进行生化检验,检测项目包括血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(Glb)、白球比(A/G)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰转移酶(GT)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(URIC)、葡萄糖(GLU)15项。结果吸毒致假性动脉瘤病人血中总蛋白(66.51±6.92)g/L、白蛋白(36.19±5.42)g/L、球蛋白(30.36±5.78)g/L、白球比1.23±0.31、总胆红素(12.99±8.00)μmol/L、直接胆红素(6.04±4.10)μmol/L、间接胆红素(6.95±5.62)μmol/L、谷丙转氨酶(25.16±27.18)U/L、谷草转氨酶(34.21±24.05)U/L、碱性磷酸酶(83.88±35.89)U/L、谷氨酰转酞酶(36.63±35.00)IU/L、肌酐(119.74±180.29)μmol/L、尿素氮(6.56±7.38)mmol/L、尿酸(289.64±161.00)μmol/L、葡萄糖(5.78±3.37)mmol/L;健康人血中总蛋白(77.46±4.33)g/L、白蛋白(44.50±1.86)g/L、球蛋白(33.05±3.85)g/L、白球比例1.37±0.16、总胆红(10.83±4.20)μmol/L、直接胆红(4.70±1.85)μmol/L、间接胆红(6.12±2.66)μmol/L、谷丙转氨酶(22.44±15.78)U/L、谷草转氨酶(26.55±8.86)U/L、碱性磷酸酶(71.96±20.83)U/L、谷氨酰转酞酶(33.22±32.28)IU/L、肌酐(64.15±15.54)Umol/L、尿素氮(5.55±1.54)mmol/L、尿酸(313.11±78.42)μmol/L、葡萄糖(5.34±0.77)mmol/L。病例组血中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、白球比低于对照组,直接胆红、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶和肌酐高于对照组,各指标异常者也较正常组多。总胆红、间接胆红、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮、尿酸和葡萄糖病例组与对照组没有显著性差异。结论吸毒致假性动脉瘤病人肝脏合成功能和代谢功能下降,肾脏肌酐清除功能下降,治疗过程中应注意肝肾功能指标变化。OBJECTIVE To understand the changes of liver and kidney function parameters of drug-induced pseudoaneurysm patients. METHODS Olympus AU2700 biochemistry analyzer was used for blood biochemical tests of 59 separate drug-induced pseudoaneurysm matosis and 69 healthy population. The test items included TP, Alb, Glb, A/G, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, ALT, AST, ALP, GT, Cr, BUN, URIC and GLU. RESULTS In the drug-induced pseudoaneurysm patients, the TP, Alb, Glb, A/G, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, ALT, AST, ALP, GT, Cr, BUN, URIC and GLU were 66.51 ± 6.92g/L, 36.19 ± 5.42g/L, 30.36 ± 5.78g/L, 1.23 ± 0.31, 12.99 ± 8.00 μmol/L, 6.04 ± 4.10μmol/L, 6.95 ± 5.62μmol/L, 25.16 ± 27.18 U/L, 34.21 ± 24.05 U/L, 83.88 ± 35.89 U/L, 36.63 ±35.00 IU/L, 119.74 ± 180.29 μmol/L, 6.56 ± 7.38 μmol/L, 289.64 ± 161.00μmol/L and 5.78 ± 3.37 mmol/L, respectively. The TP, Alb, Glb, A/G, TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, ALT, AST, ALP, GT, Cr, BUN, URIC and GLU in healthy people were 77.46 ± 4.33 g/L, 44.50 ± 1.86 g/L, 33.05 ± 3.85 g/L, 1.37 ± 0.16, 10.83 ± 4.20 umol/L, 4.70 ± 1.85 umol/L, 6.12 ± 2.66 μmol/L, 22.44 ± 15.78 U/L, 26.55 ± 8.86 U/L, 71.96 ± 20.83 U/L, 33.22 ± 32.28 IU/L, 64.15 ± 15.54 μmol/L, 5.55 ± 1.54 mmol/L, 313.11 ± 78.42 μmol/L and 5.34 ± 0.77 mmol/L, respectively. The serum total protein, albumin, globulin and albumin/globulin in cases were significandy lower than those of controls, and the direct bilirubin, glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase, alkaline phosphatase and creatinine were significantly higher than those of controls. The ratio of abnormality people were significandy higher in case group than those in controls. The total bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, uric acid atad glucose did not show significant difference between cases and controls. CONCLUSION The drug-induced liver synthetic function and metabolic function of the pseudoaneurysm patients increased, and the renal creatinine clearance decreased during the treatment, therefore, we should focus on the changes of liver a
