176例不同年龄段反流性食管炎口服奥美拉唑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察不同年龄段反流性食管炎(reflux esophagitis,RE)口服奥美拉唑的疗效差异。方法将符合观察标准的176例RE患者按年龄段分为三组:A组(20～39岁)、B组(40～59岁)、C组(60～79岁)。各组除给予相同的一般治疗外,均口服奥美拉唑20 mg,2次/d,疗程8周,观察各组治疗前后临床症状和内镜检查食管黏膜病变的变化。结果治疗前各组的性别、病程、临床症状分级和食管黏膜病变分级比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。A组较B组和C组、B组较C组治疗后的临床症状改善明显以及内镜下食管黏膜病变改善明显(P<0.05)。结论口服奥美拉唑治疗RE,A组优于B组和C组、B组优于C组。其疗效随年龄增大逐渐降低,老年患者(60岁以上)的疗效明显降低。Objective To observe different curative effects on 176 reflux esophagitis patients in different ages after oral administrating Omeprazole. Methods Divided the qualified 176 RE patients into three group： Group A （aging from 20 to 39）, Group B （aging from 40 to 59）, Group C （aging from 60 to 79）. Besides offering same treatments to every group, they all received oral Omeprazole, twice a day, lasting for 8 weeks. Observe clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosal pathological process by endoscopy of every group before and after treatment. Used χ^2 to test results and set P 〈 0.05 as significant dif- ference. Results The statistics process with factors of gender, course of disease, level of clinical symptoms and esophageal mucosal pathological process before treatment showed the comparability among three groups （P 〉 0.05）. Compared the effi- ciency of clinical symptom improvement and esophageal mucosal pathological improvement, group A was better than group B and C, group B was better than group C. After statistics process （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion To treat RE, Group A has better effect than group B and group C, group B has better effect than group C by oral administrating Omeprazole. The curative effect decreases as the patient＇s age increases, and especially for elder （above 60 years old） RE patients, the curative effect reduces obviously.
