摘　　要：根据专利实施的不同途径,介绍了我国推进专利实施与产业化的财政支持现状,指出现有财政支持中存在的问题和不足,提出了促进专利技术实施与产业化的对策建议。Based on the ways of patent exploitation,this paper introduces the current situation of the financial support toward Exploitation and industrialization of patent in China,points out its problems and puts forward countermeasures.
