摘　　要：在"国家高技能人才振兴计划"被列为国家中长期人才发展规划(2010-2020年)的重大人才工程的背景下,对目前我国高技能人才队伍的基本状况及实施高技能人才振兴计划面临的挑战进行了深入的分析,并提出了相关的对策建议。Under the significant background of talented person project of ＂the revitalization plan of highly skilled personnel of nation＂ which has been listed as the national medium and long-term talented person development project,the article analyzed the basic situation of highly shilled personnel in china and the challenge of the implementation of ＂revitalization plan of highly skilled personnel＂ indeepth,and put forward the related countermeasures.
