摘　　要：分析了大学科技园在高校科技创新链中的角色定位和关键要素以及高校科技创新链中关键节点的技术转移的信息动力、创业投入的融资动力、公共服务的行政动力问题,探讨了动力激活的措施和方法。In This paper, the role definition of university high--tech Park on colleges and universities scientific and technological innovations Chain belt was analysis, and point that the university high--tech park play the role of the key elements. The chief power functions was conclude to information power of technology transformation, finan- cing power of investment of starting a business, administration power of public service , and raising the correspond- ing mechanism of power activation aim at the every power function.
