新信息环境下对高校科研管理工作的创新性认识与思考

摘　　要：从高校科研工作的现状出发,分析了影响高校科研管理工作的8个因素,总结出理念与体制、人才与信息化、体系与评价、管理部门与法律保障这4个方面的创新性解决策略,以期为高校的科研管理工作提供合理地指导。From the status of scientific research management view point, this paper analyzes the eight factors that impact of scientific research management. We summarize four innovative solution strategies to the scientific re- search management, i.e. , ideas and institutions, human resources and information, system and evaluation, manage- ment and legal protection. Our study should be able to provide reasonable guidance to the scientific research manage- ment of university.
