摘 要:从动态能力和创新绩效的概念界定入手,明确动态能力和创新绩效的构成维度,结合资源位势、市场感知能力、整合重构能力、学习吸收能力、网络协作能力和创新绩效的作用关系提出研究假设;结构方程模型计算,验证了动态能力对创新绩效正向作用的假设;最后,从资源位势提升、感知力增强、整合能力优化、学习吸收力改善、外部网络联系五方面提出提升动态能力改善创新绩效的策略。Paper Defined the concept of dynamic capabilities and innovative performance, then cleared the dimen- sions of dynamic capabilities and innovative performance. Put forward the hypothesis based the relationship of inno- vation performance with resource positions, market perception, integration ability of reconstruction, study absorp- tion capacity, network collaboration capacity. By means of structural equation tools to build the theoretical research model. Verifying the theoretical assumptions based on statistical analysis of questionnaire survey results. Finaly, paper proposed strategy to enhance the dynamic capability and improve the innovation performance from enhancing resource positions, increasing perception ability, optimizing integration ability, improving learning absorption ability and external network contact.
