摘　　要：如何提高企业成本管理水平,降低成本,提高竞争力,对于现代企业发展,有着非常重大的现实意义。本文分析了成本管理在企业发展中的重要性,并从四个方面,就企业如何加强成本管理,提出了若干建议。How to improve the level of enterprise cost management to reduce costs and improve competitiveness has a very important practical significance for the development of modern enterprise.This paper analyzes the importance of cost management in enterprise development,and proposes several recommendations on how to strengthen cost management for enterprises from four aspects.
