摘　　要：本论文综合分析了原油生产系统总体耗能环节,结合国内外专家学者关于原油项目评价相关资料结合实地调研、专家讨论,系统论证了评价指标选取和设立的原则,最终给出了基于DEA方法的原油生产企业节能绩效评价指标体系。This paper made a comprehensive analysis of the overall energy-consuming aspects of crude oil production systems,and conducted systematic demonstration on the selection of evaluation index and the principle of evaluation,combined with domestic and foreign experts＇ related information on crude oil project evaluation and field research,expert discussions,at last,gave the index system for crude oil production enterprises＇ energy-saving performance evaluation based on DEA.
