摘　　要：当前,高等教育大众化、网络信息化、后勤社会化、高校保卫组织建设现状以及加强和创新社会管理的新要求等使高校安全保卫工作面临新的挑战。新形势下,高校必须统一思想、提高认识,进一步增强维护校园安全稳定的责任感和紧迫感;明确任务、强化责任,进一步推进"平安校园"建设;加强领导、创新机制,进一步形成"大安全"的工作格局。At present,the higher education popularity,network information,logistics socialization,the security organization construction situation and requirement of strengthening and innovating the management of society brings new challenges to security of college and university.Un etc make the security work faces new challenges.Under the new situation,we should unite ideas,improve the understanding,further strengthen the management of campus safety maintenance,clear mission,strengthen the responsibility,further advance the ＂safe campus＂ construction,strengthen the leadership,innovate mechanism,further to form the work pattern of ＂general safety＂.
