摘  要:人才培养模式体现办学思想、办学方向和人才培养目标,是教育教学水平的综合标志。采矿工程专业"3.5+0.5"人才培养模式有利于应用型人才培养目标的实现,从而满足煤矿企业对人才的需要,有利于采矿工程专业可持续发展。其特点是:素质教育得到加强,"成人"教育与"成才"教育并举;知识传授与能力培养同步推进,学用结合得到重视;实践能力、创新能力、专业技能和科学精神的培养得到加强;民族特色得到体现,等等。The training model reflects the university idea, the university orientation and training objectives, also is a comprehensive sign of the education and teaching level. The "3. 5+0. 5" talent training mode of mining engineering will help the application-oriented training goals to meet the needs of business professionals mine, that will be favour to the sustainable development in mining engineering. Its characteristics are: the quality of education has been strengthened, the "adult" education and the "talent" education developed simultaneously; knowledge transfer and capacity-cultivation pressed forward, the combination of the learning and doing be valued; the practice ability, innovation ability, professional ability and the training of the scientific spirit has been strengthened; the national characteristics be reflected and etc..
