摘　　要：针对目前我国体育双语教学具有学科优势但教师人才紧缺的现状,结合对中国体育双语教学委员会多位专家的访谈调查,对体育双语教师应该具备的素质和培养相关人才的途径等进行分析总结,初步提出构建高校体育双语教师人才的培养体系。When bilingual education in sports disciplines in China enjoys a compromising future, there is a real scarcity of ca- pable teachers. Interviews with many experts on bilingual education committee of China were then made and the due analysis was accordingly conducted. The qualities of being qualified teachers and the ways to realize the successful cultivation were thus expounded. This work is to offer proposals on how to set up cultivation framework of teachers for bilingual education in sports disciplines.
