摘　　要：房屋征收补偿协议的性质及其司法救济途径在我国法律中并没有明确的规定,由此可能带来诉讼管辖上的混乱。更有甚者,房屋征收补偿协议作为一种民主化的行政方式,可能因缺乏明确的诉讼救济渠道而萎缩。因此,应明确房屋征收补偿协议的性质,根据我国的诉讼体制,确定其纠纷解决的途径。It is not clearly defined in our law that the nature of compensation agreements of housing collection and its judicial remedies,which may bring a chaos on lawsuits jurisdiction.What is more,compensation agreements of housing collection as a democratic administration will be withered due to lack of clear legal remedies.Therefore,the nature of compensation agreements of housing collection should be cleared,and its judicial remedies should be defined according to China＇s legal system.
