摘　　要：从现代制造技术的发展和特点出发 ,分析了当今坐标测量机设计和使用中存在的一些问题 ,提出了发展虚拟坐标测量机的必要性 .文章给出了虚拟坐标测量机的定义 ,并描述了其主要特征 ,揭示了其作为在计算机虚拟环境下构造的用于坐标测量机快速设计和运行过程三维仿真的现代工程软件的内涵 .提出了虚拟坐标测量机的体系结构 ,用IDEF0方法设计了虚拟坐标测量机的功能模型 ,给出了两层结构图 。Analyses current design and use problems of Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM), justifies the deve lopment of virtual Coordinate Measuring Machine, proposes the definition of Virtual Coordinate Measuring Machine(VCMM) describes the main features of VCMM, and the modern engineering software of VCMM constructed in computer's virtual environment and used in rapidly designing CMM and 3D simulating of CMM's running process, presents architecture of VCMM, functional model of VCMM aesigned by IDEF0 method, and puts forward the structural sketch in a two layer form to provide a theoretic basis for designing information models and construction of data base.
