摘　　要：介绍了重金属镉在大肠杆菌细胞内的积累过程以及镉对大肠杆菌生长的影响。研究表明 :大肠杆菌的生长速率取决于培养基中镉的浓度 ,与镉相应的阴离子。This paper introduces the accumulation of heavy metal cadmium in E.Coli and the influence of cadmium on the growth of E.coai.The experiment has indicated that the growth rate of E.coli depends on the concentration of cadmium in the nutrient.The anions coordinated with cadmium,temperature and enviromental factors also affect the growth rate of E.coli and the accumulation of cadmium in the cells of E.coli.
