论高校生涯教育实训体系的构建

摘　　要：大学生生涯教育是与学生职业发展实际需要密切相关的教育工作,我国高校生涯教育经过20多年的发展和演变,逐步发展形成具有一定特色的教育体系,但在发展的同时也不断面临着问题和挑战。面对问题和挑战,高校应不断思考如何推动生涯教育的发展,更好地提升工作的效果,彰显工作的价值。因此,探索高校生涯教育实训体系的建设,具有现实的价值和深远的意义。高校"全程化"生涯教育实训体系的核心理念是"理训一体、实践育人",构建校内外结合、课内外兼容的"四合一"实训体系是实现生涯教育的保障。除了"四合一"生涯实训体系之外,制定旨在促进实训教学科学化、制度化、规范化的保障体系,配备专职实训指导教师,积极组织开展第二课堂活动,是确保生涯教育实训体系落实到位的关键。Professional Career Education of college students is the teaching work which is associated with students＇ Professional Career Development and the actual needs. In China, professional Career Education of universities and colleges has developed and evoluted for over 20 years, becoming a teaching system with certain features. But it still constantly faces problems and challenges, so universities and colleges should continually think about how to promote the development of Professional Career Education, improving working effect much better and showing working value. Therefore, exploring the construction of Professional Career Education has practical value and profound meaning. ＂Combination of theory and training, teaching by practicing＂ is the coreconception of Professional Career Education and Training System. The security of constructing ＂Fours to be One＂ practice and training system with internal and external combination, compatibility of within and outside class is to realize Professional Career Education, which purpose is to promote practice and training teaching to be scientific, institutionalized and standard security system. The key of making sure Professional Career .Education is implemented is to equip full-time teachers and organize extracurricular activities.
