枳椇子联合还原型谷胱甘肽片对大鼠酒精性肝纤维化的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨枳椇子提取物联合还原型谷胱甘肽片对大鼠酒精性肝纤维化的作用.方法 以无水酒精等药物灌胃,建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,造模后单用及合用枳椇子提取物和还原型谷胱甘肽片.检测大鼠血清透明质酸（HA）、层粘蛋白（LN）、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基末端肽、Ⅳ型胶原水平并行肝组织病理检查.结果 枳椇子和还原型谷胱甘肽片合用组对酒精性肝损害大鼠血4项指标和肝组织变性、炎症浸润及纤维增生的改善明显优于模型组和单用组.结论 枳椇子联合还原型谷胱甘肽片在保护大鼠肝细胞、减缓肝纤维化进展方面有一定作用.Objective To investigate the effect of extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunb seeds combined with reduced glu- tathione （GSH） tablets on chronic alcoholic liver fibrosis in rats. Methods The rat liver fibrosis model was induced by intragas- tric administration of 3ml drug J. The extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunb and/or GSH were given to the rats; and after the treatments, the serum levels of hyaluronic acid （HA）, laminin （LN）, procollagen lU amino-terminal peptide, collagen IV were determined and pathological changes of the liver were examined. Results The combined-drug group had better results than the model group and the single-drug group on improving the four indicators of serum, liver degeneration, inflammatory infiltration and fibrosis in rats. Conclusion The extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunb seeds and GSH have certain effects on improving rats liver function, protecting liver cells and retarding liver fibrosis in chronic alcohol-exposed rats.
