摘　　要：一个堪称强盛的产业一定是一个令同行尊重的产业,一个令同行尊重的产业中一定有一批声誉卓著的长青企业。打造令人尊重的产业、创建基业长青的企业需要硬实力,也不能没有软实力,而诚信与合规是软实力的基石,一切软实力都构建在诚信与合规的基础之上。我们看重硬实力，却没有意识到软实力的重要，因而软实力成为了中国重卡业综合实力中的短板，实现中国重卡业由“大”到“强”的转折，急需改变这种状况。一个健康发展的产业内部，必定激扬着浩然正气。Hard power is regarded as the necessary strength in building a respectable and sustainable growing business,but soft power is a must to make it happen.As a matter of fact,honesty and law-abiding are the fundamentals of soft-power,on which all kinds of softpowers have to be built.Hard power has already gained enough attention while the importance of soft-power has been occasionally ignored,which consequently had become one of hurdles at the present for growing of the overall strength of china's heavy-duty truck industry.This situation must be changed in the process of building a powerful and prosperous heavy-duty truck industry.
