农村留守女童性教育与性安全问题之忧思

摘　　要：改革开放以来,大批农村剩余劳动力向城市转移,农村留守儿童特别是女童的数量急剧上升,由于家庭、学校及社会缺乏对农村留守女童的有效保护以及性安全教育,致使女童遭受性侵害的案件屡有发生。为农村留守女童创造一片健康的成长环境成为全社会的责任。就家庭而言,父母应尽量就近择业,加强亲子教育;就学校而言,充分发挥教育的主课堂功能,进行科学的性健康教育和性安全教育;就社会而言,政府职能部门应各司其职,各尽所能帮助和保护农村留守女童。Since China＇s reform and opening up, a large number of surplus rural laborers have been transferring to cities, thus stay-at-home children, especially girls, are increasing dramatically in rural areas. Families, schools and communities did not provide enough effective protection and sex safety education for these girls, resulting in the repeated cases that they suffered from sexual abuse. It becomes a responsibility of the whole society to create a healthy environment for their growth. First, with respect to families, parents should choose their occupations as near as possible to their home and enhance parenting issue education; Second, as far as schools are concerned, it is essential to give full play to the main class function of education in carrying through scientific instruction regarding sexual health and safety; Third, regarding the society, functional government departments should perform their respective duties and do what they can to help and protect these rural girls.
