摘　　要：突发事件的频繁发生已成为现代人不可忽视的生存际遇。高校作为一种特殊的社会子系统,无法置身于突发事件之外。思想政治教育应立足于新的社会现实,不断改革和创新,走系统化、精致化之路,成为高校应对和管理突发事件机制的不可或缺的部分。Frequent occurrence of unexpected events has become the fate of modern life not to be ignored. As a special type of subsystem of the society, universities can not avoid unexpected events. Ideological and political education should be based on new social reality with constant reform and innovation, following the way of systematization and refinement, as an integral part of the mechanism for universities to cope with and manage unexpected events.
