摘　　要：病案借阅是病案管理工作的重要组成部分,是开发病案信息资源的前提条件。目前病案借阅工作中存在着病案存放位置分散杂乱,借阅系统分散不完整,归档质量不高,信息检索局限等问题。因此完善病案库管理制度,优化病案借阅工作流程,加强计算机数字化管理,提高病案管理人员的专业水平及服务意识,及时完整地提供病案信息,从而更充分地体现病案价值。Borrowing and read management is a vital part of medical records management and a premise of medical records information resource development.At present,medical records borrowing and read work exist problems,such as complicated storage place of medical records,incomplete and scattered borrowing and read system;low quality of filing and limited retrieval information.Therefore,in order to fully embody medical records value,it needs medical records perfection of database management system,optimization of medical records borrowing and read process,computer digitalization management strengthening,and improvement of professional level and service consciousness of medical records staffs and providing timely and complete medical records information.
