摘　　要：目的研究磷脂酶C-τ1（phospholipaseC-τ1，PLC-τ1）在乳腺癌组织中表达与病变程度的关系。方法收集39例乳腺疾病患者，其中淋巴结转移的29例，淋巴结朱转移的10例。应用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌患者组织切片PLC-τ1表达情况。结果PI。C-τ1在乳腺癌组织中表达率显著高于相应癌旁组织中的表达率（f=89．37，P〈o．001），PLC-τ1的表达同雌激素受体表达有很强的相关性（χ^2=5．83，P〈o．01），并且乳腺癌组织高表达PLC-τ1与淋巴结转移具有相关性。结论PLC-τ1是乳腺癌侵袭转移的关键靶分子。Abstract.- Objective To explore the relationship of phospholipase C-τ1 expression and pathological chang in the tissues of breast cancer. Methods Among 39 breast cancer cases,29 case in lymph node transferred was positive of phospholipase C-τ1 expression,others were negative. Tissues section of patients with suspected breast cancer were detected phospholipase C-τ1 expression level by immunohistochemistry method. Rsults PLC-τ1 level in the tissues of breast cancer was higher signif- lean tly than those in closed tissues （~ ~ 89.37, P（0. 001）, and it was relate of estrin acceptor expression level （χ^2=5.83, P〈0.01） ,had significantly connection between PLC-τ1 level and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion PLC-τ1 could be a role target for invasion and 71metastasis of diagnosis breast cancer.
