摘  要:目的探讨脑出血后MMP-9对大鼠神经修复的影响。方法采用立体定向技术制作大鼠脑出血模型,用免疫组化方法测定脑出血后血肿周围及SVZ区DCX及MMp-9表达。结果与对照组(MMP-9:116.865±5.126;DCX:121.34±2.76)相比,在第14天时脑出血组MMP9、DCX表达最强,灰度值最小(MMP-9:102.801±2.422,P〈0.05;DCX:110.58±2.29,P〈0.05),干预组较脑出血组表达弱,灰度值增大(MMP-9:109.31±2.13,P〈0.05;DCX:ii5.50±3.12,P〈0.05)。结论脑出血恢复期MMP-9可能是促进神经再生因子,多西环素能通过调节MMP-9的表达与活性影响神经再生。Objective To study the effect of MMP-9 in neurogenesis after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods We employed the stereotactic technique to make models of the cerebral hemorrhage of mice . The level of MMP- 9 and the situation of DCX masculine-newborn cells with immuno-histochemistry after ICH were detected. Results Compared with the control group,the expression of MMP- 9 and DCX was highest.and the average gray value was lowest in the model group in day 14. The expression of MMP - 9 and DCX in the intervention group was lower than that of the model group. Conclusions MMP- 9 may be the factor to promote neurogenesis after cerebral hemorrhage and doxycycling can affect the neurogenesis by adjusting the expression and the activity of MMP-9. [
