摘  要:目的:探讨护理程序在急诊科在职教育的应用成效。方法:运用护理程序5个步骤,即评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价对急诊科护士进行在职教育。结果:护士理论水平、技术水平、科研能力、护理质量、护理服务均有较大提高。结论:在职教育应用护理程序实施,对于提高护士学习主动性及在职教育质量具有重要意义。Objective: To explore the effect of nursing process of in-service education in emergency department. Methods: Using the five procedures involved in nursing process,such as appraisal, diagnose, plan, implementation and evaluation, to educate the nurses in emergency department. Results: The nurses' theory, skills,research ability,nursing quality and nursing service improved significantly. Conclusion: Using the nursing service to carry out in-service education can improve the nurses" study initiative and the quality of in-service education significantly.
