摘　　要：目的:探讨护理程序在急诊科在职教育的应用成效。方法:运用护理程序5个步骤,即评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价对急诊科护士进行在职教育。结果:护士理论水平、技术水平、科研能力、护理质量、护理服务均有较大提高。结论:在职教育应用护理程序实施,对于提高护士学习主动性及在职教育质量具有重要意义。Objective： To explore the effect of nursing process of in-service education in emergency department. Methods： Using the five procedures involved in nursing process,such as appraisal, diagnose, plan, implementation and evaluation, to educate the nurses in emergency department. Results： The nurses＇ theory, skills,research ability,nursing quality and nursing service improved significantly. Conclusion： Using the nursing service to carry out in-service education can improve the nurses＂ study initiative and the quality of in-service education significantly.
