摘　　要：首先介绍了费用估算的常用方法和人工神经网络的基本概念、原理 ,然后提出了一种基于BP(BackPropagation)神经网络的防空导弹采购费估算模型 ,并对典型的防空导弹采购费进行了估算。结果表明 ,该方法是有效的、可行的。This paper presents the approach of cost-evaluation, the basic conception and theory of neural network. And then it puts out a method of cost-evaluation in air defence missile ordering on the base of BP neural network. Finally, the paper evaluates the ordering cost of typical air defence missile. The results show that the methods are effective and feasible.
