摘 要:联合基因治疗是当前多基因遗传性疾病治疗研究的热门策略,正逐渐形成一套较完整的技术理论体系。在单基因治疗研究的基础上选择一些有协同作用的基因联合治疗,取得更好疗效。在眼科,联合基因治疗遗传性视网膜色素变性、眼部新生血管性疾病、青光眼等已得到初步研究结果。本文综述了联合基因治疗的概念、优势、构建联合基因的方法、基因载体的选用以及相关实验操作,以及现阶段国内外的研究现状。The multi-expressing gene therapy is a popular strategy for the treatment research in muhi-gene genetic diseases, and it is becoming a promising technique. In order to obtain a better effect of the multi-expressing gene treatment one can use single gene therapy as a foundation and select some genes which have synergistic effect in the study of combined gene therapy. Combing the multi-expressing gcne therapy has had preliminary resuhs in some eye diseases such as inherited retinitis pigmentosa, ocular neovascular disease and glaucoma. The article reviews the concepts, advantages of the multi-expressing gene therapy, the method of combined genes construction, the selection of gene vector, the related experimental operation and the study situation at the present.
