Livin、PDCD5、CC10蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究人乳腺癌组织、癌旁相对正常乳腺组织中Livin、PDCD5、CC10蛋白的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测46例患者乳腺癌及癌旁相对正常乳腺组织标本中Livin、PDCD5、CC10蛋白的表达并进行统计性分析。结果 (1)Livin在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁相对正常乳腺组织,而CC10蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁相对正常乳腺组织。(2)上述三因子表达在乳腺癌患者的年龄、病理类型、肿瘤直径、HER-2的分组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);Livin的表达率在有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),而CC10蛋白的表达率在有淋巴结转移组明显低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。(3)Livin与CC10蛋白表达呈负相关(P<0.05);Livin与PDCD5表达无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 Livin上调及CC10蛋白下调可能协同促进乳腺癌的发生发展;PDCD5在乳腺癌中的作用需要进一步研究。Objective To investigate the expressions levels of Livin, PDCD5 and CC 10 and their clinical significance in the breast carcinoma tissue and tissue of human. Methods The expression of Livin,PDCD5 and CC 10 was analyzed by immunohistochemistry （IHC） in breast cancer and paracancerous tissues of 46 cases. Results （1） The rates of expression of Livin in the breast carcinoma tissue are more than that in the surrounding tissue, on the contrary, The rate of expression of CCl0 in the breast carcinoma tissue is less than that in the surrounding non-cancerous tissue. （2） them was no significant difference between expressions of Livin, PDCD5 and CCI0 with age, pathological type, tumor diameter and HER-2 （P〉0.05）; The rates of expression of Livin in a lymph node metastasis group were obviously higher than that in the without lymph node metastasis group （P〈0.05）, on the contrary, The rate of expression of CC10 in the lymph node metastasis significantly group was lower than that in the without lymph node metastasis group （P〈0.05）. （3） there was negative correlation between the expression of Livin and that of CCI0 （P〈0.05）; and there was no marked correlation between the expression of Livin and that of PDCD5 （P〉0.05）. Conelusion The up-regnlation of Livin and the down-regulation of CC10 may synergisticly facilitate the occurrence and progression of breast cancer.
