摘　　要：目的提高胰岛细胞瘤的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2011年10月收治的17例非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的临床表现、CT诊断和病理结果。结果所有病例均经手术或穿刺活检证实,CT的定位诊断率为82%(14/17),定性诊断准确率为12%(2/17)。结论非功能胰岛细胞瘤术前诊断困难,CT检查可以明确肿瘤部位及与周围组织的关系,为临床治疗方案的选择提供帮助。Objective To improve the diagnosis ofpanereatic islet cell tumors. Methods A retrospective analysis of 17 patients admitted to non-functional islet cell tumors of the clinical presentation, CT diagnosis and pathological results in our hospital from January 2003 to October 2011. Results All cases were confirmed by surgery or biopsy, CT in the diagnosis of 82% （14/17）, qualitative diagnostic accuracy was 12% （2 / 17）. Conclusion The non-functional islet cell tumor is difficult to diagnose before surgery, CT examination can clear the tumor and the relationship with surrounding tissue for clinical treatment options to help.
