摘　　要：根据创编准备活动操的目的和原则,来探讨如何抓住创编准备活动操的几大要素来培养提高体育教育专业的学生创编准备活动广播操的能力,使准备活动广播操切实与教学内容相符合,开拓学生创编准备活动广播操的方法,为实际教学及推动全民健身活动打下了良好的基础。According to the aims and principles of creating preparatory activities,to explore how to grasp the elements of creating preparatory activities,developing the physical education major students＇ ability to create exercise,make the exercise and teaching contents in line,develop students＇ creative method of exercise,has laid a good foundation for the actual teaching and promoting physical activity.
