摘　　要：随着我国经济快速发展,人们的生活质量越来越高,人们在注重提高生活水平的同时也越来越重视自身的健康状况,于是各式各样的体育锻炼、健身活动也在悄然兴起,越来越受到人们的重视和青睐。学生、家长对体育与健康也有了更深的认识和了解,于是报名参加体育高考的学生越来越多。如何提高这些考生的上线率,是摆在当前体育教师面前的当午之极。本文从选材、文化课的学习、运动训练以及思想品德教育这四个方面提出了相应的对策。With China＇s rapid economic development,people＇s living quality is getting higher and higher,people pay attention to raise the standard of living is also more and more attention to their own health status,and every kind of physical exercise,fitness activities is also quietly rising,people have paid more and more attention and favor.Students,parents of the PE and health also has a deeper knowledge and understanding,and to enroll more students in sports college entrance examination.How to improve the examinee on-line rate,is placed in the current athletics teachers as extremely.This article from the material,cultural courses of study,exercise training,ideological and moral education in the four aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.
