眼前节碱烧伤的临床分析及治疗58例

摘　　要：目的:通过对58例(69只眼)眼前节碱烧伤的临床分析,探讨治疗效果。方法:近5年来治疗眼前节碱烧伤患者58例(69只眼)。结果:经积极地治疗,Ⅰ～Ⅱ度40例(49只眼)全部治愈,视力均0.6以上;Ⅲ度13例(14只眼),视力0.08～0.3,留下斑翳及少许的新生血管;Ⅳ度5例(6只眼),留下斑翳及新生血管,但无角膜穿孔及眼睑粘连,为以后做角膜移植术提供了条件。结论:眼前节碱烧伤,要及时正确处理,积极治疗,可取得满意的效果。Objective： Clinical analysis of alkali burns of the anterior segment of the 58 cases （ 69 eyes） to explore therapeutic effect. Methods ：The diagnosis and treatment of 58 cases（ 69 eyes） with anterior segment alkali burn treatment to our department for the past five years. Results：After active treatment, the Ⅰ , Ⅱ degree of 40 eases,49 eyes, all cured, visual acuity above 0.6 ; Ⅲ 13 cases, 14 eyes, visual acuity from 0. 08 to 0.3, leaving spots shade and a little neovascularization; IV five cases, six eyes, leaving the macula and neovascularization, cornea/ perforation and eyelid adhesions, provided the conditions for the future to do keratoplasty. Conclusion：The anterior segment of alkali bums to timely and correct treatment, active treatment can lead to satisfactory results.
