技术创新网络结构与创新类型配适对企业创新绩效的影响

摘　　要：网络结构对创新绩效的影响关系在学术界目前存在争议,探索争议产生原因对有效提高技术创新网络创新绩效至关重要。基于网络结构嵌入理论,引入创新类型——探索式创新、利用式创新来试图解释争议产生原因,进一步阐述技术创新网络结构对企业技术创新绩效的影响机理。研究结果表明:联结强度、网络密度以及网络中心性的不同,其所传递的知识信息特征、创造的创新环境等都有差异,与不同技术创新类型配适将导致创新绩效的差异。This paper takes innovation type into consideration to explain the reason of debates＇ existence, and to illustrate the influence mechanism of network structure to firms＇ innovation performance deeply based on network structure embeddedness theory. Research results indicate that different network structures transform dissimilar knowledge and information, and create diverse innovation circunlstances; matching with different innovation types will lead to dissimilar innovation performance.
