摘　　要：从微观机制视角探讨了大型企业转型衰败过程,根据高管人员感知和处理企业内外部信息方式,把决策机制失灵分为高管感觉失灵、态度失灵、纠偏失灵与沟通环境环节失灵4个方面。其原因主要是因为企业更多关注的是眼前效率而忽视了对客户需求变化的适应。如果要转型成功,企业必须要承认自身的不足,进行反省式学习,特别是从企业自身过去的失败与成功经验中、从对手身上进行学习。From the viewpoint of micro mechanism, this paper divides declsion-making system into CEO＇ s cognition error, attitude error to problems, methods error to problems and communication error. The reason of inertia is that firms pay more attention to efficiency and ignore customer＇ s change. In order to successfully transform, firms should confess their shortcom- ings and conduct introspective learning, especially learn from past success and failure experience and from competitors.
