摘 要:船体外板弯板曲面加工成型因船体曲面复杂,外板大小、形状多变,通常需对弯板形变曲面进行实时重构与检测,以得到最佳的二次加工焰道与加工参数,因此快速高效的三维重建算法是关键。针对面绘制中的移动立方体法要求对空间所有体素进行处理、执行效率不高这一不足,提出一种基于空间相关的移动立方体算法,即在寻找等值面过程中只处理那些与等值面相交的立方体体素,并对VTK中已有库函数vtkMarchingCubes进行了改进。经测试,利用改进后的MC算法重构同等数据量的弯板形变点云的速度比经典算法提高了1.6倍,说明该算法能满足弯板形变实时检测的要求,具有很强的高效性与实用性。Due to the complexity and mutability of the hull surface curve in the process of line heating,real-time detection and reconstruction for curved plates' deformation are required in order to get the secondary processing line and machining parameters.Therefore fast and efficient 3D reconstruction algorithm for curved plates' deformation is a key point.Aiming at the deficiency of marching cubes(MC)algorithm's low working efficiency,a new MC algorithm based on space correlation was proposed.Namely only the voxels which intersected with the cube were dealt in the process searching for isosurface,and the class function vtkMarchingCubes in VTK was improved.By test,for the same amount of data,the speed using the improved MC algorithm to reconstruct line heating deformation surface is 1.6 times higher than that of the classic algorithm,thus the improved MC algorithm is high efficient and practicable.
