摘  要:天然气门站肩负着天然气的供应、监视和调控等职责,设计可靠的系统对现场天然气的温度、压力、流量等数据进行实时监制尤为重要。根据现场总线系统的高性能、高可靠、保养简单等特点,设计了基于CAN总线和ZigBee无线网络相互冗余的节点,描述了从硬件到软件设计的流程,并组成现场总线系统对天然气现场进行监控。试验结果表明:由该节点组成的系统能够准确、稳定、实时地完成监控任务,CAN和ZigBee相互冗余能使系统稳定性得到提高。The gas-gate station should not only supply gas,but also monitor and control gas effectively.It's very important to design a reliable system which is used to monitor and control the temperature,pressure,flow and other data of natural gas real-time.Fieldbus systems have many good features,such as high performance,high reliability,simple maintenance.According to that,redundant node based on CAN and ZigBee was designed with which a fieldbus system was built to monitor and control the sensors and devices.Experimental result shows that the system made up with the nodes can work accurately,stably and realtime.The redundancy between CAN and ZigBee improves the stability of the system.
