摘　　要：大学生职业发展教育要发挥其应有作用,已成为高校人才培养的重要使命。我国高校大学生职业发展教育起步较晚,受其地位不被重视、队伍专业化不强、教学质量难于保证等问题的影响,教育效果不理想。文章结合我国高校实际,分析影响职业发展教育的问题,提出增强职业发展教育实效性的对策。College students＇ career development education, an important mission of talent cultivation at colleges and universities, should play its due role. In China, college career development started late, and has been influ- enced by a series of problems such as insufficient attention to its position, weak specialization in faculty and dif- ficulties in ensuring its teaching quality ; therefore, the effect of the education is not ideal. This paper, consider- ing the current situation in colleges, analyzes the problems in career development education and proposes some measures to promote its effectiveness.
