摘　　要：针对偏航制动器的活塞装配和气密测试,进行活塞压装、滑阻气密测试系统的设计。分别给出活塞压装、滑阻测试以及气密测试的检测方法和测试参数。整个装配测试过程科学合理,解决了之前工作方法存在的问题,同时提高了生产效率。Aiming at yaw brake piston assembly and airtight test, press-fit slip resistance airtight test system is designed. The testing method and parameters are given separately for piston press-fit, slip resistance and airtight test. All the work process is scientific, problems happened before are resolved, and production efficiency is improved.
