摘　　要：《吕氏春秋》,又名《吕览》,是公元前239年前后秦相吕不韦组织门客各著所闻编成的一部书,属于私家著作。历来人们对该书所采资料的真实性怀疑较少,但对其书命名含意、吕不韦主编身份却有不少争议。本文通过对这些文献进行梳理、辨析,以期对今后《吕氏春秋》研究有所助益。Spring and Autumn Annals, also known as Lu Lan, is a book belonging to the private writings compiled in 239 BC by Lu Bu - wei in Later Qin dynasty. Little doubt has been cast on the authenticity of the information collected by the book, but the naming of the book and the identity of the editorship of Lu Bu - wei have caused a lot of debate. This paper attempts to sort out docu- ments and make some analyses on these two issues with a view to contributing to future study of Spring and Autumn Annals.
