摘  要:罗猴(Rhesus monkey)于妊娠d 23~27给予敌枯双及喷洒敌枯双稻米染毒。结果10.0 mg/kg灌胃染毒动物,分别于染毒后d3和d4流产;4.0mg/kg组4只孕猴中,1只孕猴在妊娠d31流产,2只仔猴分别表现为缺肢畸形和短臂畸形;以喷洒敌枯双5次的稻米(残留量分析敌枯唑0.25 ppm)喂饲动物115~120 d,1只孕猴妊娠d46流产,其余2只仔猴检查未见明显异常;对照组动物中,除妊娠d 36流产1只外,其余均未检出明显畸形.Rhesus monkeys(Macaco mulatto)were fed in the laboratory for three months,then were bred.To the pregnant rhesus monkey,MATDA were administered at doses of 10 mg/kg(n=2),and 4 mg/kg(n=4),respectively by gavage.Another group monkeys(n=4)was fed with rice grain treated five times with MATDA(residue 0.25 ppm).Negative control group(n=5)was set.The monkeys begin to be treated by the 23-27 th day of gestation.Two pregnant rhesus monkeys treated with 10 mg/kg of MATDA aborted 3-4 days after administrations(on the 27th and 28th day,respectively).One of monkeysreceived 4 mg/kg of MATDA aborted on the 31th day of gestation.Two fetuses exhibited major malformation(phocomelia or meromelia).Another fetus was normal.In feeding with rice grain treated,one pregnant monkey aborted on the 46th day of pregnancy.No malformated fetuses was found.The fetuses of control group were normal except 1 abortus.
