泪道探通术联合四环素眼膏填充治疗泪道阻塞的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察泪道探通术联合四环素眼膏填充治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法选取门诊110例泪道阻塞患者作为治疗组,用泪道探通术联合四环素眼膏填充术治疗;90例泪道阻塞门诊病人作为对照组,采用传统泪道探通术后常规冲洗。结果治疗组治愈率达81.8%,总有效率为93.2%,与对照组相比,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05),且在治疗过程中没有出现明显的不良反应。结论采用泪道探通术联合四环素眼膏填充术治疗泪道阻塞操作简单、效果良好、并发症少,医疗费用低廉,不失为一种简便易行,经济实用的方法,值得基层医院临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of lacrimal duct probing surgery combined .with tetracycline eye ointment filling treatment for lacrimal duct obstruction. Methods 110 outpatients with lacrimal duct obstruction （the treatment group） were treated with lacrimal duct probing surgery combined with tetracycline eye ointment filling treatment, while 90 outpatients with lacrimal duct obstruction （the control group） were treated with traditional lacrimal postoperative conventional rinse. Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 81.8%, and the total effective rate was 93.2%; the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant （P 〈0.05）. No obvious adverse effect was found during treatment. Conclusions The treatment of lacrimal duct probing surgery combined with tetracycline eye ointment filling has tha advantages of good effect, few complications and low cost, which is worthy of application in local hospitals.
