高浓乳液聚合法制备单分散聚苯乙烯胶乳反应机理研究

摘　　要：报道了用高浓乳液聚合法制备均分散聚苯乙烯胶乳 ,并用激光散射对胶乳粒子进行了表征 .在单体、表面活性剂和引发剂质量一定的情况下 ,改变水的量 ,我们发现所得粒子直径与单体的质量分数呈线性关系 ,单体质量分数越大 ,粒子越小 .并对聚合机理进行了探讨 .The preparation of monodisperse PSt latexes were conducted using the concentrated emulsion polymerization. The size and hydrodynamic radius distribution of the particles are determined by the dynamic laser light scattering. The volume of H 2O was increased when we fixed the monomer volume、the amount of surfactant (SDS) and initiator (AIBN) . It was found that the size of the final particles was increased linearly in a certain concentration range. It provides a convenient for size control in the emulsion polymerization. Meantime, the reaction mechanism was discussed.
