摘　　要：从李约瑟难题,到钱学森之问,针对中国的高等教育事业提出了一道艰深命题,如何培养科技创新人才和培育具有自主知识产权的科技创新成果尤为重要,文章从高校知识产权教育和发展研究出发,探索了科技创新人才培养的模式和方法,并以山东科技大学创新教育为例,通过激发学生创新思维、指导学生撰写申报专利的途径,探讨了大学生科技创新教育行之有效的方法,形成大学生创新思维、实践能力培养的一种新模式。From the Needham Puzzle to the Question of Qian Xuesen,the development of higher education in China is faced with a difficult proposition.It is most important how to cultivate innovative talents of science and technology and foster the innovation achievement with independent intellectual property rights of science and technology.Based on the study of the universities intellectual property education and development,this paper explores the mode and methods of innovation talents training.Taking shandong university of science and technology innovation education as an example,by inspiring students＇ creative thinking and guiding students to write the patent applications,this paper discusses the effective method of science and technology innovation education for university student,and form a new model to train the college student＇s innovative thinking and the practical ability.
